If you’d like a refund please contact us, noting ‘Refund requested‘ in the subject line so we can start the process. We will require the product to be returned within 30 days and proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
Once we have received the product and had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process. We will make every attempt to process your refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
